Ken Beldon, LCSW is a psychotherapist at, and the Assistant Clinical Director of,
Revive Wellness Psychotherapy. Ken has been a part of the practice since 2019 and
has also worked at the IOP level of care in dual diagnosis treatment. His primary
approach is Internal Family Systems and he has completed IFS Level 1 and Level 2
training through the IFS Institute. Ken also has training in Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy and related mindfulness-based approaches. Prior to getting his MSW in 2019
he was a Unitarian Universalist minister, having been ordained in 1998. From 2005 to
2022 he served as the founder of the WellSprings Congregation, a spiritual community
that he started from scratch. Among his many areas of professional focus, he had a
particular commitment to leading mindfulness retreats, and the intersection between
mindfulness and other contemplative spiritual practices and recovery. Ken fully retired
from congregational life in 2022 to focus solely on his second career as a therapist.

This second session is in-person and will focus on guided mindfulness practices to make mindfulness accessible in both professional and personal contexts.
